    its part of the deal... to ensure na kumita yung operator.. he already invested and paid the government officials eh.. so the government must ensure the success of their business..

    yun lang reason dyan...

    sa totoo lang dapat ang PUV ang yearly.. kasi almost 24 hours tumatakbo yan.. yung private cars dapat nasa every 3 years lang..

    as usual wala naman kwenta sa pinoy ang mag research at gumawa ng study eh.. look at sen villar.. puro kayo research...

    but kung Sarao ang invite nila to get yun range ng value. Eh pito modification na lahat ng PUJ, so automatic bagsak diba.

    Sabi bawal any form of modifications eh di bagsak na agad PUJ, modified buong sasakayan. Wala sa machine nila dsrao jeep do hinde nila pwede I test yan, anong category sa machine nila? Tapos sasabihin nila Hindd pwede madaya.

    Sana nila ipapasok yan as sedan? Pick up? Kalokohan

    our local authorities have taken exception for the jeepney, to enable it to exist legally on our roads. after all, it is world-famous.
    they have declined to require the jeepney to sport the same safety protocols that it requires of other motor vehicle types.
