Another question paano nila i-calibrate yun mga machines to check mga PUJs ano ang reference nila? Eh hinde naman siguro ginawa yun machine for put local jeeps noh.

maisip ng MVIS to invite Sarao, para makita natin what it would take for a PUJ to pass the test

1. jeepney number of passengers palang, alam mo na need talaga maging roadworth. no seatbelts, madalas walang preno (dahilan ng nakakabangga)
2. number of MVIS, di kaya yung bulk ng private cars, but can definitely cater PUVs na mas konti

it should start with vehicles who ferry people for a living, PRO nga license nila diba
yan ay sakin lang, ako kasi yun typical pinoy na .. bakit ako lang huhulihin mo, lahat kami sabay sabay para patas.

i read somewhere initially stage 1 daw was supposed to be for pub/puj but come implementation time inuna nila bigla ang private vehicle. tapos subset lang ng light private vehicles ata dahil maraming MVIS walang capacity to test large and commercial vehicles. just to keep an open mind ano kaya rason at na-iba ang timeline ng stages nila bigla.

Agree with this.

Safety inspection nga diba, so the lis mota or the heart and soul of the rule is focused more on public transporation since ito ang kalimitang may problem sa kalsada.
