That's odd. So hindi city wide sa Manila? Just specific LTO Branches ang nagimplement?

My friend has no reason to lie about it so the question now become which specific branches require it then?

They were denied even attempting to do smoke belching and told to immediately head to MVIS by the smoke belching branch. They tried 2 LTO branches in Manila both getting the same reply na MVIS required (Don't know exact branch)

EDIT:12vdc, hindi naman commercial vehicle ang pinaregister mo? Sedan, SUV or pickup na personal use lang? Just curious.

Personal lang po, SUV. Before going to MNDO, ready na yung emission test result at CTPL/Compre insurance kaya inspection nalang ginawa then derecho bayad sa cashier. Walang sticker inissue pero wladin naman sticker fee sa OR.

Did not follow also pero YouTuber yun gumawa at hindi nga interior designer. Not sure why madami nainis. Ang dami kasing gastos ni Deakin e lahat nga ng endorsement pinapatulan. I used to like him pero matagal na naging sellout
