    So the wait-and-see decision my friend made turned out to pay off big time as he predicted.

    Pwede naman sanang for the first year of implementation ginawa nilang trial year muna. Emissions lang muna ang tutukan for pass and fail. Motorists will only pay for the emissions but they have to go through the whole process. This gives them time to iron out any issues. As anyone in the IT biz knows nothing beats real world data for testing.

    But hey other factors like politics and money(mostly) come in and here we are.

    Oh look si Magalong lumabag sa minimum safety standards!!!

    Napanood ko yun interview nun sa LTO chief early this week, wala daw sila facilities pa for mga trucks kaya hinde muna and hinde alam kailan I test mga yun while technically class 1 din mga PUJs hinde pa rin kasama, hinde ko na pinakinggan yun dahilan kung bakit Hinde kasama sa ngayon. Hinde ba dapat mas mauna PUVs? Saka kung sundin lang nila yun checklist sa registration hinde na kailangan magtayo ng facilities, tingin pa lang alam mo na bagsak eh

    I recall the craze in the local underground drag scene ages ago where these ultra-light jeeps had modded 18RGs & 2TGs. Built cars couldn't keep up.[AI] Here's what they'll check during MVIS inspection

    Ang puntirya nila is yung walang "partylist" or "lobbyist" na maingay, kaya mostly mga middle class ang affected sa MVIS na binulaga tayo instead of Public Utility Vehicles muna and Commercial Vehicles.

    Given sa nangyayari ngayon, doubtful na ako sa roll out nito na sapilitan this year, as long as di nila maayos yung mga issues.

    As for kung sino yung mas vocal, tahimik nga si Deakin ngayon, mas vocal si Uly while mas neutral ang take ko sa AI and TG.

    Ewan ko dun sa shadowban na sinasabi ni Deakin but di ba dahil yung sa nagflood kasi ng messages or posts yung page niya (in or out)? Personal Page kasi yun and not a legit "business page' so alam ko may limit ang pwede mo interactions per day sa FB.

    Anyway, kahit sa RFID, huli din sa balita yung gumalaw na si Deakin with his FB post, ilang linggo na dumaan bago pa siya nagpost to "ask his community'. So I'm guessing ayaw niya magreact kasi baka may maoffend na contact sa DOTR.
