    i think car companies either let u choose between

    getting the 3-years LTO registration, insurance, etc. etc. or

    the freebie thingies.. like all the accesories available for ur car

    ^^

    as for the topic hehe 3-year LTO reg. is only for brand new cars

    sana nga gnawa na nila 5 lol para sulit.. no hassle for 5 years xD
