    Talk to the higher up's of the Insurance Dept. at the CASA. Toyota BGC people accommodated me about this same problem without any hitches. But another Toyota CASA "agent" had to be patiently convinced.

    due to covid-19, me penalty kaya pag next month na nag pa register para sa mga due na ngaun march?

    if the required LTO is not closed naman, i do not see why the penalty should be waived.
    but if government agrees, then i should count our blessings.

    you can renew your LTO anywhere in the country, even, in the one nearest to your convenience.

    yup..but of course because of the current covid crisis i dont want to risk going to crowded places as of the moment. so im just wondering if there is a consideration for waived penalty fees for late registration.
