    Overloaded yet going 170kph on a vehicle with high center of gravity. It could've spun, hence, the airbags didn't deploy.

    tricycle... kuliglig... owner jeep driven by a student driver or his grandpa... oncoming overtaking bus or truck... pinapatuyong palay!
