    tama kayo but wala nako pang cash out eh.. ayos nga sana if may pang 50%DP ko para di gaano mabigat monthly...

    diko pa nakausap in personal yung nagpapaloan kaya diko pa alam interest rate. ask ko muna kayo..

    siguro tabi ko nalang muna itong cash ko, then hintay ko magandang deal.
