There is no final pricing yet. But as we reported earlier, the price ranges around PHP 2.7 to 2.9 million per the allocations offered to a few individuals.

Before you get sticker-shocked, do note that PHP 2.7-2.9 million for a GR Yaris is still more affordable compared to our neighboring countries. I asked my friend who works at Toyota, she said only 4 units were allocated in our region..... And they were all quickly reserved. Damn people sure are fast.

only 4 gr yarises or (yarii) will be only brought/sold here? this should be a rarity on our roads.

4 in our Region for now (not in Luzon). Not sure how many nationwide or if any will be added. Tapos yung dalawa daw sa taga ibang city pa. Para siguro to yung 1st batch ng Civic Type R dati, ubusan talaga. Tapos nakakatawa yung mga nakabili, binebenta ng mas mahal even if slightly used lang daw with around 1-3k sa odometer.

I wonder what the guys, who bought the 2 units that arrived a couple weeks ago, were thinking now.

And they bought it mid-3s.

With the local release, I doubt Toyota will import just 150, remember the 86. How many guys bought 2 units. My neighbor boughts 2units for his sons, thinking it would be limited.
