Toyota Service Update for Flood-Damaged Cars

    Dear Valued Toyota Clients,

The unfortunate and devastating effect of Typhoon Ondoy is upon us.
The number of damaged vehicles is unimaginable and we sympathize with our valued customers who are victims of this crisis.

Toyota cars that need to be serviced have now reached a level way above the capacity of each dealer.

While we have shifted to higher gears to accommodate everyone, we ask for your patience and indulgence for any inconvenience you may experience

    Important Reminders

We understand the urgency of the matter. To facilitate the servicing of your vehicle, it is best for you to ensure the following:

    1. Clarify the terms of your insurance policy coverage and prepare the necessary documentation.

    2. Contact an authorized Toyota dealer for proper scheduling of vehicle inspection, assessment and repairs.

    Toyota's Support

In response to the critical situation, we would like to extend the following support to help you:

    1. We will provide discounts for parts and labor.
    a. 40% Discount on engine ECU
    b. 20% Discount on selected flood-related parts
    c. 20% Discount on labor
Note: Please contact authorized Toyota Dealers for details.

    2. We will extend dealer services to accommodate a larger volume of customers. We have assigned special help desks in our dealerships.

For further assistance, please contact the
Toyota Customer Assistance Center (TCAC) at 8192912 or at customerassistance*toyota.com.ph

Toyota will be here to help you every step of the way.
