Anyway, yes, you should have your AC checked / cleaned as the continuous operation of the compressor adds to the fuel consumption.
Mataas masyado 3000 rpm for 100kph

I think the design was to compensate for the low HP and torque of the 7KE engine. But yung diesel i think mga 2500 rpm lang yung 100kph.

    ^No, mas mataas pa ang diesel. 2000rpm at 60km/h, 3000rpm at 90km/h, 3200rpm at 100km/h, 3800rpm at 120km/h, and finally tops out at 4600rpm at 145km/h. Makupad talaga hahaha~

Perhaps the difference in speed is because of the bigger wheels? Speedo calibrated for 14 inch mags?

Wow mas mataas nga Sir. Anyway, I believe there's no difference in the speedo figures even if the wheel sizes have been changed (since the speedo gear is directly proportion with the tranny and differential speed), I guess it is the actual speed that will be compromised.

So, this means that the speed figures Sir pandacrack has with his Revo is normal. Better check the AC efficiency if it really affects the consumption.

Are you planning to buy at the casa? Any roadside parts store selling Toyota engine parts should have the item, and it should be very familiar to them especially since this engine is also used in the same-era Hilux and Hiace.

I don't know the part number since when I had mine replaced, all they asked was what engine I had. Although naaalala ko 88 degrees Celsius ata yung nakuha ko.

Hahaha nadaanan ko na yan. Having overheating problems? Ilan na milyahe ng Revo na yan? Pero in all my years of vehicle maintenance, I never had to bother with part numbers. All they ever ask is what car, year model and engine. At most, the mechanic would take off the defective part and send it to the parts store for cross referencing.
