toyota revo factory defect(s) and major repairs

Wow! Finally about Revo!

Good day Sir!

I own a 9 year old 2000 GLX 1.8 Toyota Revo Manual Tranny 7k Engine

On this Thread, so far wala naman akong na experience na defect sa revo ko, siguro maingat lang talaga tayo since I was bitten by the car bug.

I had it for the longest time already, since college days.

Changes done so far :

On Exterior :
1.Added a front chin
2.Customized my Front Grill
3.Replaced the Headlights with a clear one para mas mukhasyang modelo
4.Side / Corner lamps pinalitan ko na din para bumagay
5.Tail Lights change to a Lexus Type.
6.LED Under Lights
7.Blinker on the fog lamps

On Interior :
1.Panel Gauge change to Indiglo
2.Steering wheel to a smaller diameter
3.Add on wood design in the dashboard
4.Shift knob replaced
5.Seat cover replaced
6.DEH - 5850 Pionner HU
7.Under Neon light

i have an SR '01, 2.0 EFI

factory defects, aircon louver lang po. hehe
tapos sa stock silver paint, sa stock bodykit, nagffade siya.

Repairs, maintenance so far:
1. Back door squeaks - madaling remedyohan
2. Radiator leak - after 7 years
3. tie rod and bearings - after 8 years
4. mga belts - after 7 years (ginamit hanggang masira. hehe)
5. exhaust muffler, resonator, pipe - after 8 years.

di ko nasukat by mileage kaya by year na lang. hehe.

hay salamat at medyo buhay ng ng konti ang forum tungkol sa revo

Everyday ako ng susurf sa net to know more about my revo

i will doing some replacement this coming week..

will replace the 3-V belt of my Revo 1.8 Gas Manual

plan to change the 4 stock shocks to kayabe ( liquid ) soon

I was able to read a thread a while ago that some one change the shocks to Rancho Brand..

What model and type of rancho did u use? How much does each cost..

ako namaan palit ng flooring kinalawang na kasi

san kaya makakabili ng rancho shocks at anong model ang ok bilin? mwgkano kaya isang set.post naman kayo pictures

OO nga, wala man lang mg post ng price ng rancho shocks at what model na para sa revo natin...

hi! i want to open a new discussion. nagpalit na ako ng bulb ng headlight ko sa revo dlx model 2004. from 60-55w to 100-90w (narva brand). at pinalitan dn ng ceramic ung socket. malaki ang iniliwanag, pero parang gusto ko pa n linisin ung headlight ko. posible b n malinis ko. di p nmn sya maitim, mdyo cloudy lng. paano ba magtanggal ng headlight para malinis to? can u tell me how (step by step pls!) t.y

sir sino makakapaigbigay ng install picture ng rancho shocks.

at magakano ngayon eto,,,, please very interested with this shock.

so mas ok ba i invert yung isang leaf springs then lagay etong rancho schocks?

any shops?

nagpalagay ka ba ng bagong wiring? kasi masusunog ang stock wiring mo at masmataas na wattage ang gamit mo sa headlight. experience ko na kasi ito.
