All NCR sales gets processed at LTO G.Araneta. My SA told me if i want ending plate reserved, LTO collects P2.5k for the reservation unlike before na no fees. My recent cars 2016,2019,2021,2022 gets random ending. Intitially certificate of stock report, then after a week OR/CR, then after another week the physical plate without the specialized tornilyos.

it's all right with me to cough up the 2.5K, as long as i get an official LTO receipt for it.
that way, there's no hanky panky, and i get my guaranteed last digit.

The latest memo was issued August 2022. And the fees are:

Special LTO license plate application fees
    P15,000 for three-letter, three-number OMVSP plate (except 000)
    P25,000 for three-letter, two-number plate (except 00)
    P35,0000 for three-letter, four-number plate (except 0000)

So it would be odd (but very nice) if they are only asking for 2.5k to get your ending number, when the new rules (as of August 2022) basically have you paying 35k (if you want to keep the latest format for plate numbers) or 15k (for the previous standard formatting of plate numbers).

    E CVT vs. G CVT.

    Analog. https://youtu.be/a6R-tmrhkVI

Also, if wala naman priority ng financing over cash/bank PO purchases, why not.
Baka nga din may discount offer since hindi toyota ang unit, mas lalong OK.
