At iyong biglang nag preno sa harapan mo, umalis na lang na pasipol-sipol... Ta3na naman!!! Siya dapat ang magbigay ng danyos...

we told the police na wala naman damage car namin kaya after signing the police report, we left na.

months later... dinemanda ako nung car sa likod. physical injuries (neck whiplash)

so gastos ako sa lawyer + abala

we won the case. pero as per our lawyer, for future similar cases. keep an eye on the "other party," if they go to the hospital before the police station, sumunod ka na din and ask for a medical report tapos unahan mo na ng demanda.

bro forgive me kung baka may na mis interpret ako. hindi ata mag a-apply yung last clear chance doctrine dito. since nasa likod yung nakabangga siya ang ultimate responsibility na mag bigay ng allowance to account for such sudden braking?

according to our lawyer... damage to property. kaso dapat sinabihan kagad namin yung police na magdedemanda kami

since wala naman kaming complain... umalis agad kami, kaso di namin alam na iba pala plan nung bumangga sa akin.

lesson learned. in a car accident... pakiramdaman mo yung other party bago ka umalis.
