Toyota ortigas - thumbs up for good dealer and good services!!!!!!!!

Hello share ko to sa inyo good experience sa toyota ortigas

last month i was about to buy a brand new fortuner 09 so nag hanap ako ng good dealer some of them ok yun mga discount nila but not too good sa accessories with the help of my boss. Somehow we were able to contact all the toyota dealer but there's one dealer that can top the offer and that is toyota ortigas they can give 30k discount, lto registration discounted na rin and the insurance as well discounted. My boss told me not to rush we can canvass some where else. that was january 09 2nd week kami nag hanap

I have a isuzu sportivo i just sold it 2 weeks ago february 09. why??? coz isuzu otis absolutely sucks their services is an a**hole!!!!!!!!! why bother going back to them d na ako nag pa service dun

i started canvass again well there is toyota ortigas i inquire, i was convinced and start to reserve a fortuner 2.5 d4d hindi na ako nag 3.0d4d kc budget na ako. the discount is still 30k discount but this time free lto registration, but hindi na ako kumuha ng insurance since im a bank employee mas mababa sa bank namin (benefits for bank employee only).

nung sunday evening my friend told me to not to get a d4d fortuner bcoz of the issues they convinced me to get a vvti fortuner 09.

monday nun i realize that after all the issues i have read well i decided to change the order. I contact the dealer and talked to my SA to change the d4d to vvti and guess what pumayag sila!!!!!!!!!!!

i asked what about the discount and freebies will still be applied sagot nila yes!!!!!
imagine i just saved almost 150k free lto 30k discount nag request pa ako free back sonar pumayag din sila fortuner 4x2 2.7vvti un order ko.

the whole week ive waited tinext ko un dealer i requested for a rain gutter saabi nila d na raw kaya kc sagad sagad na raw syempre sad na ako pero ok lng.

kanina bumalik ako sa ortigas para kunin un car ko eto ha.......na surprised ako may rain gutter nilagay sabi ko sa agent "pare d2 ako na surprised akala ko ba hindi na pwede un request ko?" sabi ng agent "eh...sir humingi ka eh binigay na namin madali naman kami kausap"

can u imagine ginawa nila para ma satisfy yun client and also they promised me to give me a better service compared sa isuzu na sumakit ulo ko

btw nung nag meet kami ng agents ng toyota para makuha yun managers check pinakain ko pa sila bcoz of their effort to meet me outside

nung pag alis ko sa toyota ortigas humingi pa ako ng keychain pinapili pa ako kaso eto nagsisi ako hindi ko hinigi yun wheellock

nalimutan ko kc

oh well....at least ok sila.......kahit mahal binili mo car sa kanila babawian ka sa good service so no hassle

any feedback sa Toyota Cubao? Will get my 4x4 fortuner kc dun.

sir brian bibili rin ako ng fort in 2weeks time thank you sa info mo at least may mapupuntahan na akong dealer to negotiate sir ask ko lang kung sino ang agent na nakausap mo sa toyota ortigas? at ilang % pala ang down mo sa kanila baka yun ang maging difference para maka avail ng discount freebies na katulad sa iyo

Im having the servicing of my 2nd hand Yaris done in Toyota Ortigas, all i can say is that they really do take care of you. Try to look for SA ronald dionisio, he really how to provide customer service
