So can someone in the 'legit' TFS lease-to-own program could confirm:

1. Is the only advantage of this lease-to-own is the 'no CMF' since technically it is not mortgaged? If there are other pros, please share them

2. How about the LTO registration, yearly insurance and PMS of the car while under the duration of the contract? Are they covered by the lessee or the lessor?
