Kanina tinakpan ko yun mga butas at un passenger side flaps (un sa lower portion lang kc 2 flaps non e. taas at baba). may nakapa din ako mga butas don sa likod mismo ng rear bumper (pag tinanggal un bumber makita mo front-view yun mga butas) tinakpan ko dun un. nga around 4-5 butas ata un.

Flaps passenger side. 2 flaps un kada side. isa sa taas at isa sa baba. tinakpan ko lang un sa baba muna kasi pansin ko hindi lapat yun rubber.

This is one the most annoying "defect" with the Innova.

And to add. I think there must be an air intake on the rear right side since there is a blower located there. I think its designed to continually catch outside air.

Its always on the right side where the fumes are coming in from.

As for me, I apply differential pressure. I mean, I increase my front A/C blower and switch off the rear A/C para hindi pumasok yung usok or any foul smell from outside.

This is exactly what I do. Every time there is hint of smoke from outside, I'll turn it off immediately. 2nd row passengers (3rd row is cargo use only) are better off with the heat than the poisonous smoke coming in.

The flaps are for pressure equalisation sa pagsasara ng mga pintuan, compare nyo sya sa revo kapg nagsasara nung likod na pinto, mabibingi ka sa loob.

Siguro tama yung post ni MIle2 na kapag nsuutan na ng dumi yung mga flaps, hindi na tam yung lapat nya.

Tingin ko rin, kaya pumapasok lang ang amoy kapag nakaon ang blower or aircon sa lokod kasi yung added pressure is enough to lift the flaps and leave a gap.

So tingin ko other solution is to replace the flaps with a ticker rubber material or heavier one same nung sa interior ng mga pangtruck na gulong. HEavy enough to resist againt na cabin rpessure due to airconditioning unit but light enough para mag open kapag nagclose ng doors.

Ako nalang nagpalit ng sarili ko nung airfilter nung nag 30K PMS. usually kasi kapg napapansin kong madumi na pinapabugahan ko ng sa aircompressor yung airfilter ko. Yung sa A/C naman wash lang with usual soap and water. up to now hindi ko pa napapalitan.

Rust proofing 1500? same lang b yan ng undercoat? sa akin kasi free undercoat pero nung napansin ko na hindi maganda sa labas ko na pina undercoat ulit after a year.

gasket (for what?)
air refiner
engine flush
synthetic grease (for what?)
miscellaneous (for what? does the 33 peso basahan come in here?)
rust proofing (truly, the biggest un-necessity ever; auto bodies are rustproofed in the factory)
clean brakes (not necessary, unless your brakes got contaminated with oil or grease...)
tire rotation ( could have sworn these were free..)
labor for tightening the bolts and nuts? i thought these were done free.. at least with mine, it's free..

Thanks boss sa reply. As per advised to me, the labor that i mentioned are free for every 10k, 20k, 30k, and so...

yung rust proof lang talaga. Meron kasi ko warranty card sa rust proof and nakalagay every year magpa rust proof. Pero kailangan ba talga to?

Yung gasket is for the drain plug. Engine flush, rust proofing, unnecessary expense. Synthetic grease, yeah questionable yung amount. Airfilter and cabin filter can be extended up to 20K.

Mga Sir pasensya na newbie lang po..ano po ang mga servicing na ginagawa ng toyota sa first 1000km?sabi po kasi sakin change oil lang ,and ok lang po ba regular oil lang ipalagay ko? Madalang lang naman po gamitin eh...by the way Toyota San Fernando Pampanga ko po paservice sana...salamat po.

di kasama sa warranty yan bro. baka madami ng residue yung glass surface kaya di masyada maka-glide yung wiper. Yung wiper ko sa windshield parang hirap din dati pero after removing the watermarks sa windshield, swabe na ulit yung hagod niya. I just use a metal polish panglinis. effective naman siya..

Buy na lang a Bosch wiper blade around 200 petot just take note Lang sir blade Lang or yung rubber part Lang buy mo 12 inch po yun me mga iba brand din na mura pero ako I'll stick with Bosch yun kasi original na part nun e hth

matunog talaga sya pag bago yung innova mo. sa akin din pero nilagyan ko din ng wax yung salamin ko nung pina wax ko yung body. yung sa likod hindi mo ata pwede palitan yung blade lang.
