Have my wheel adjust and aligned yesterday for camber caster and toe total amount is 1300. Is this the norm price for alignment? and how often does your front wheel need alignment?

that's about the industry standard, i think.

wear and tear depends largely on how much one maltreats the suspension.
my one innova still has its originals, even after 100K km. it looks like it does not need alignment, if my tires' wear pattern is an indication.

i do not have that gadget you refer to.
but if it lights up and has a power source,
it can be replaced.
peruse the instruction manual, go thru the owner's manual, or google the internet for instructions, po.
google is your friend.

if all else fails,
bring your car to the shop that installed it.

Okay so it is about right. I have my wheel aligned every tire change 4 or 5yrs that is 40k to 50k odo I dont know if that is way too long for car alignment interval.

I replaced mine every 40k as with all fluids. They refill it inside atf dipstick.

Wala yata atf dipstik ang new innova sir? Some say its a lifetime atf fluid, mine is 80k plus na sa odo di pa napalitan

i would be wary of buying a second-hand item if it were not working, and i do not have any idea how to check it.
who knows what parts are missing from inside...? for all we know, "kinahoy na yan...".
skip it, sir.
buy brand new.

when metal parts rub against each other, " there ain't no such thing as 'lifetime' ".
tongue-in-cheek, perhaps what they mean is, "when the part malfunctions, its lifetime is over and so is the warranty."

seriously,
some manufacturers peg their products' useful lifetime to a specific number of years, say, something like 5 or 10 or so years.
this is what "lifetime" means to them.
