I was in the shop last saturday to have my brakes cleaned I was shock that they increase their price front brake cost 750 and rear brake cost 950 for cleaning and checkup total is 1700. Before it used to be only 1200 for front and rear brake. Just want to compare the price of your shop where you have your pms done.

my 2005 E has the patterns on the dash, but they do not light up, either.
my 2009 G's, both light up.
it must be the penalty we suffer for daring to buy the cheaper variant.
heh heh.

the one on the left lights up when turning on the park lights or headlights.
the one on the right lights up when the bumper lights are turned on. the E does not have factory bumper lights.

i believe, for purposes of ease of manufacture, all variants have the same dashboard fascia. but only selected icons are activated or connected, depending on the variant.
