July 20th, 2021 11:40 PM #14731No. Virgin. Yung ingay nya ay sa motor ng blower. Di ko ma explain e, di naman siya tunog ng kulang sa langis, wala ding debris inside the blower fan. Basta kapag nag #4 ka ng matagal then reverted it sa #1 or #2 present yung tunog nya. Di siya disturbing, pero manonotice mo na maingay.
Freon/Refrigerant? I think good naman? Lumalamig naman siya. At high speed lang yung issue ko. Parang nababawasan yung hangin nya from the blower? Pero at stand still/traffic EDSA no issues. Naka recirculate naman siya.
And also, di naman siya nag ha high temp. Normal operating temp. So remove to the equation ang overheating.

Educated guess... you probably need a new A/C fan motor. It’s either the bearing or brushes giving out.
While parked with the A/C on, what happens if you pound on the fan motor with your fist? Does the vibration affect its operation in any way? Try it with other fan speeds.
I’m guessing that when driving fast, the vibration is causing the motor the bind up (bearing) or its commutators to miss the brushes, causing it to spin slower. If it’s not the motor, it could be an electrical issue. Have it checked, including the fan speed resistor block.

July 21st, 2021 10:24 AM #14734i'm not a true believer in lubricating motor bushings.
in my experience, the "fix" doesn't last long.
hassle pa naman mag-baba ng aircon fan motor...
my recommendation is,
if it's the motor...
replace it.

July 21st, 2021 11:23 AM #14735well it should be part of maintenance din kasi, pwede mag form ng moisture yan.. minsan hindi naman talaga sira yung bushing, it just need some lubrication kasi nag dry out na yung oil sa loob.. its not a sealed unit kasi like sa radiator fan.. pag pinabayaan, dyan mag start lumuwag yung bushing na need mo na talaga to replace.
