So its not a standard practice to tip your service advisor? I always feel na parang meron pa sila hinihintay sa akin. At todo ngiti pa sila.

Not required. Actually malalaki sweldo nila and they earn also from you for every line item they include and you approve

I bought in 2017 the new Hillux, I don`t like it because it is small in the interior and service is expensive.

if the car is no longer under warranty, perhaps you can do the regular maintenance outside the casa, where it'll probably be about 50% cheaper and significantly faster.
also, it is a known fact, that casa service advisers offer extras in addition to the usual must-do's. these can double or even triple your regular visits' costs.

meron ba ditong, "trusted-mechanics-are-us, inc." ?

many post-ers here that are asking for help, are doing so because they do not have a mechanic.

I think yung Conquest na ang facelifted Hilux. Pero strange kasi yung other variants dito di pa facelifted. While other countries all of their variants was facelifted using conquest grille.
