Partstar isn't really a direct supplier like ATCO is. They also get from other sources.

You can always go genuine toyota if you have the budget. But good replacement parts will do also like KYB for the shock absorber, 555 for the tie rod and rackend, bendix for the brake pads. Then koyo for the wheel bearing.

Wow that will cost around 30k+(parts only). Is this a 2nd hand vehicle? Who recommended these spare parts? Toyota would recommend these parts for safety.
I think the brake rotors are to be replaced not the brake pads.
I hope you are taking care of the engine oil. These suspension/brake maintenance you are doing are good for another 10yrs hahaha.Last edited by StockEngine; June 21st, 2015 at 09:14 PM.

June 21st, 2015 09:17 PM #80Actually sir Saksidriver my car is in the mechanic now. Had bigger problem. Timing belt broke and had my engine repaired. I was clueless since I had it checked before and the guy said it was chain or something and it doesn't need replacement. It was stupid of me to believe him. Until it gave in. Now it cost me so much. I'm at 60k bill now for the engine overhauling and some part replacements. No idea yet what are those. Hasn't received itemized list. The parts I'm inquiring here are additional pa po na for replacement daw. So I decided to ask around how much ba talaga kc Ito po quote sakin for the shocks alone:
If original parts
Front shocks 9950 per pc
Rear shocks 4300 per pc.
If replacement jap parts
Front shocks 4950 per pc
Rear shocks 3800 per pc
Labor: replace 4 shocks: 2000
The other parts no quote yet that's why I'm asking po pra may idea Lang. Salamat po
Thanks, will research more about it.
