compare ko lang sa previous TBZ ko...
at 2k rpm speed reading = 132kph, TBZ was 125kph only

engine noise is still okay at 160 kph, meron kasi akong speed limiter (wifey - takot pag gabi) kaya di ko nasubok beyond this speed.

di ko na try yung paddle shifter nya at adaptive cruise control. maybe next time together with its top speed

I guess 180kmh will be reachable with the 2.8L model. Beyond that, I doubt it can sustain such speeds. If you want something that can do more than 200kmh, I would suggest a different vehicle.

i believe so... just want to try the top speed sana. i don't have any intention to run at that speed. actually isa sa life saving rules namin ay observe speed limit.

A car/SUV capable of doing 180kph presents a good balance of safety and performance.
Even Volvo limits its cars to 180, Every Volvo model now comes with a 18kph speed limit and Care Key - Volvo Cars Global Media Newsroom

What is more practical is having good acceleration, like 0-60mph and rolling acceleration from 60-80mph (96-129kph) for quick overtaking

Difference should be even more pronounced if considering just acceleration:

    2021 Fort is 1 second faster to 100kph vs 2018 Fort (10.77s vs 11.84s).
9.8s actually, but the testers (Performance Drive) added brake boost/hold to their methodology whereas the previous 2018 Fort was tested w/o brake boosting.

The new 200hp Fort is about as fast as 180hp Montero Sport (10.8s). Nabawi yung 20hp because of 6speed vs 8speed transmission.

Still within the same performance levels as with most PPVs in terms of quickness. Not much to cheer about but way better than the older Fortuners.

Similar power (around 200 hp stock) but look at what the :

    1) racechip mod,
    2) an air intake,
    3) and a full exhaust

do to the 0-100 kph and 0-120 kph (yes he measures 0-120) times. Big difference with these relatively affordable add ons.
