Toyota D4D engine woes

We have two FC-P members last year experienced this D4-D hard starting problem only and brought them sa casa. Units was 2.5L bought 2005 dont know what month. Until now ok naman units nila.

ok na ngayon. medyo malakas nga lang lumaklak ng diesel, FC dati is 8.3 km/li, ngayon 7.6 km/li at medyo tumahimik yung diesel clatter

^^ welcome to tsikot! read the whole thread if you have the time, but basically others do choke (along with other probs), and others are virtually problem free.

Yep. But there are already '05 models in the pre-owned market. At least used car buyers will be aware also.

so dapat watch out pala yan used Fortuner. mayroon na mga nakadisplay sa Metrowalk area

if ever na-solve d4d problem, anong month ng 2006. might as well rule out 2006 models na din kasi hindi mo alam kung alin dun

2007 used model lang ang safe
