Toyota D4D engine woes

You have a point there.My unit was repaired last Nov.23-25, 2005.
Mukhang nakaisip lang sila ng bagong dahilan. Marami pang iba na earlier na repair like StrayWolf,Lord etc. Sayang thought that they were getting close

Ang daming palusot ng Toyota sa D4D problems. Ang tagal na nitong issue and seems walang fix na solution ang Toyota. I don't blame my malaysian friend sa pag trade-in niya ng Fortuner 3.0 niya sa Rexton RX270Xdi, which was voted as the SUV of the Year in the New Strait Times-Mastercard Car of the Year Award 2004.
. Sumakit na siguro ang ulo nya sa D4D. D4D really really really sucks!!!

Ang daming palusot ng Toyota sa D4D problems. Ang tagal na nitong issue and seems walang fix na solution ang Toyota. I don't blame my malaysian friend sa pag trade-in niya ng Fortuner 3.0 niya sa Rexton RX270Xdi, which was voted as the SUV of the Year in the New Strait Times-Mastercard Car of the Year Award 2004.

Hi guys, can you post your engine manufacture date as stated in your engine? yung mga d4d owners lang. para makita natin kung kabatch nga ba talaga may mga prob. and para malaman ko na rin kung kabatch ng innova namin yung nagkadefect. or may nagpost na dati ng mga date? yung amin yata 06032005 june 3, 2005? double check ko tom. thanks!

Ang Hi-Ace po kaya ay may problema din. Balak po kasi ng pinsan ko bumili ng Hi-Ace na D4D.

1. Supply Pump (part no. OT141)
2. Fuel Pipe sub-assy ( part no. 23804-OL010)
3. O-Ring (part no. 90301-T0011)
4. O-Ring (part no. 90301-T0009)

hinda naman talaga maganda and diesel ng toyota compare sa nissan, isuzu and mitsu. they are known to gas engine. isuzu and mitsu diesel engine are the leader. tignan nyo mga jeepney natin puro isuzu and mitsu lang ang gamit. tsaka problema sa toyota mass production nila kaya di na masyado na momonitor ang quality. they are aiming pa nman to be no.1 in the world baka masira lang cla sa quality. IMO pag mass production ang isang product nasasacrifice and quality.
