Tama ba? The dashboard feels sticky?
Your oil change outside the casa wont affect the failed dashboard material. Claim mo lng..you haz nothing to lose.

the toyota sticky dash has a global history. toyota has officially admitted it, and has offered in writing, limited warranty for "affected products".
you probably stand a good chance at warranty, as you seem to be on good terms with the local toyota dealer.
    good luck, madam.

i have seen this sticky rubber/plastic, in my older camera's rubber grip, as well in my older eyeglasses' rubberized coating.
