    mag file kami ng written complaint......

    Manila Bay sucks.............

    That is one sad reality here in Pinas. Haaay... generally disempowered ang mga consumers/customers. J*sh, Balitaan mo kami on related devts re: your complaint. i have a feeling that won't be the last and it might be good for the rest of the tsikoteers to learn from each other's experiences/strategies.

    Is there something we can really do to make a certain tyt dealer shape up? What if the manager even fails to address your concern? What will be the next step? Ano ba concerned govt agency nagreregulate sa mga car dealers (DTI? LTO)? any hotline? and is it really worth the effort contacting them?

    flushing fluid ba ika mo? eh bago pa yung mga unit natin, bakit gagamit ng flushing fluid? kung sa engine ginamit yung flashing fluid, eh halos color less pa nga ang engine oil natin pag 1k chk-up....itanong mo din yun, pagbalik mo.ako kasi egine oil at oil filter lang plus rags cost Php817 lang free pa ang car wash (nandun kasi SA ko)

    I guess consumers here just expect and demand good service otherwise they move to a different dealer/shop. Everyone has a boss if the manager can't fix it then move on to his boss and so forth until you get what you want. If that service advisor had a lame excuse like that I would grab him by the ear and drag him to his manager's office.

    ang baba naman sayo 817 lang....

    yeah sa monday, magfile ng complaint GF ko... the car actually is under the name of Metrobank Card... kasi its under her car plan... nde na natakot yung gumawa nun....... taray pa naman nun.... nagwala na sya nun sa Manila Bay... ewan ko pa kung ano isusulat nun, gagatungan ko pa... para magspark hehehehehe
