    Madami na naman sasakit ang ulo dyan, D4D kasi. Bagong issue na naman ng choking, stalling at black smoke. Pero sana na-improve na ng toyota D4D nila.

    Parang ang hina ang 1.4 na makina on an Altis. Kung siguro in something like a Vios or Yaris, baka pwede pa.

    Pero for a compact/C-segment na sasakyan, parang medyo kulang siya.

    Just a thought lang.

    Nasabi na ito pero in Macau, 99% ng mga taxis dun ay Toyota Corolla 2.0 D-4D

    Pero yung torque naman sir is 205 Nm * 1800-2800 rpm

    Yup it has torque (more torque than the 2.5 D4D ng Innova which only has 194-197 Nm torque).

    Pero yeah, over-all, sa tingin ko such an engine would be more suited to a subcompact car. Ang maging kalaban nya ang Hyundai CRDI na makina (yung nasa Accent na taxi)

    For something like an Altis, if you want a diesel engine, sa tingin ko mas appropriate ang 2.0 D-4D
