Isn't the existing showroom / dealer a bit tight/small for a modern showroom?
Most people from downtown area usually buy from either the TQA group or Otis group. Also from Cubao for those who work at/near Paredes and San Lazaro.
They yanked the big NISSAN sign down some weeks ago. Now they are tearing the whole place down with the exception of the big glass on the showroom floor. I still feel this is a very small place for a modern dealership. Only brands like Chevy, Nissan, Suzuki, Kia, etc can make do with a place this size. But not a volume like Toyota, Honda, etc....

Their showroom space is fine. What I meant is their service, repair and storage area at the back is very inadequate. One of the banes of the former Nissan Manila is their lack of service which really killed them (aside from the weak sales). Hardly anyone brought their vehicles to be serviced there. Service is the lifeblood of a dealer (more so than sales) just like places like Nissan UN AVE (broadway motors).
