Ang sure ko sir ung engine ko napalitan na, yung transmission, stock pa din. Bagong palit ndn ung air filter ko sir. Kahit mekaniko ko napapaisip din, hehe, anyways sir, maraming salamat sa ideas. Yung sa differential nlng and di ako sure.

Sir what do you mean by napalitan na, conversion ba from gas to diesel or change with the same diesel engine lang? Kasi, if from gas to diesel, yung existing transmission and differential combo (for the gas engine) is not matched with the diesel. I mean, the trans and diff combo for gas is low speed as compared to the high speed of the diesel. Kung nag convert ka nga ng engine without considering the trans and diff, talagang magiging mahina nga yung top speed mo.

Ano poh kayang possible na problema ng Tam-tam namin?

Hirap kasi siyang maka-ahon sa mga paakyat na kalsada
sabi nung mekaniko na pinag patignan ko, "Clutch Disc"
daw ang may diperensiya.

-kung Clutch Disc talaga ang problema mga magkano kaya un?,

at anong brand ang maganda for replacement?

may mga naka experience na ba sainyo ng ganitong
problema sa tam-tam niyo?

Anong piyesa ang pinalitan?

mag kano ang piyesa at labor?

mga sir inputs naman jan kung normal ang takbo ng revo namen 5th gear 3k rpm 85km/h, with aircon. 205/65 tire size 15" mags 40 psi each. bagong palit lang ang clutch assembly pressure plate, clutch disk, release bearing (aisin brand). salamat po sa mga sasagot.

Kung clutch ang problema, maghanda ka na ng more or less 7k. Sa 7k kasama na dito ang release bearing, pressure plate, at gear oil. Maganda yung Aisin brand.

Kung mahina ang hatak, unahin mo muna yung mga basic maintenance, change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter at adjustment ng valve clearance. Kung wala pa din, pwede mo din pa check sa calibration shops yung fuel injection system mo.

Same engine nmn pinalit sir, 2c diesel pa din.
May epekto din kaya sa takbo kung mag pa general wirings ako sir?

Let say meron problem with the wirings, I believe di gaano makakaapekto ito sa performance ng diesel FX. Kung gasoline pwede pa siguro. Major problem lang kung may electrical concern is syempre yung safety. Huwag naman sana pero pwede kasi humantong sa sunog.

Na pa double check nyo na yung injection pump, Sir?
