Sa overheating, maraming possible causes yan. Sa cooling system eto yung possible causes: dirty and clogged radiator, defective radiator cap, defective thermostat, loose radiator fan, colapsing radiator hose, defective water pump, or it might also be a leaking cylinder head gasket. Sa A/C naman, possible causes which leads to overheating: High pressure in the system which might have caused due to dirty condenser, poor ventilation of condenser, clogged drier, defective expansion valve, dirty evaporator. Try opening the cooling system thread Sir, madami kang matututunan dun.

Maski ako matrapik ako wala akong problema sa overheating, at nito lang last month ako gumamit ng radiator coolant...

Pero last week nasira yung AC, ko daming sira compressor repair (palit ng seal, napalitan na ito last 2 yrs. ago at pati shaft 2nd hand), front evaporator coil due to multiple leak, filter drier may leak sa sight glass (original pa ito). Pinakabitan ko na rin ng isang Aux. fan as recommended by the AC tech.

Yung timer, or relay, nagkaganun din dati yung diesel fx ko. Hard starting, dahil wala na palang kuryenteng tumatagos sa relay kaya di gumagana mga heater plugs. That time ginawan ko na lang ng manual / bypass switch kasi sinisingil ba naman ako nung mekaniko ng 800 sa pyesa pa lang
Yung FX gas ko ngayon awa ng Dyos walang overheat kahit summer. Though gusto ko ding palagyan ng Aux Fan para may tulong during traffic at tirik ang araw, pero di ko malagyan dahil masikip na, masyadong dikit na kasi yung grill. Kaya ngayon, pinadagdagan ko na lang ng silicon oil yung radiator fan para solido ang higop ng hangin. BTW, baka pwede mong i-share Sir diskarte ng paglagay ng fan hehehe!

abt sa aux fan bro, maganda kung surplus makuha natin, lakas ng buga ng hangin. meron nga sana akong nakita dito sa malapit sa amin (galing sa Nissan na diesel), kaya lang ang problema, ang design nya, imbes na pabuga, pahigop he he he

December 11th, 2013 08:36 AM #1167yung timer pala ay yung relay (maaring time delay relay ito), at di nagbibigay ng direct contact kaya wala or not enough power papunta sa heater plugs.
yung aux fan ay para matulungan yung AC compressor ko na madaling makapag-palamig, dahil napalitan na nga ng seal ito 2 yrs ago, although wala namang problema ako sa overheating.
2 fan nga yung recomenda ng ac tech, pero kulang na yung pera ko kaya isa na lang ang ipinakabit ko, at medyo mahirap nga ikabit pero sila sanay na.

This kit has been specially developed for diesel engines that have Glow Plugs but do not have an automatic heating system. The system functions through an Electronic Timer which automatically adjusts the glow duration time. The Timer is controlled by the Sensor which senses the engine temperature. When the Ignition Switch is turned on, the Timer activates the Heavy Duty Solenoid Switch/ Glow Plug Relay connecting the battery and glow plugs. The Indicator Lamp mounted on the dashboard indicates the glow duration after which the starter should be turned ON.

December 16th, 2013 08:16 PM #1170any suggestion kung saan ko pwede ipa check yung overheating issue ng fx ko. pag naka aircon lang naman nag ooverheat at pag na trapik. napansin ko rin pag mabagal ang takbo, tumataas talaga ang temp nya. TIA
