Kung relaxed lang ang speed mo at 70kph, malamang nasa 4th gear ka na. Turning OD off will force the transmission to 3rd gear. dapat tataas ang RPM mo is you do that.

For the best FC, the higher the gear, the better. Since A/T naman ang ride mo, you will not lug the engine. hinay-hinay lang ang tapak sa accelerator is the best way to get goor FC.

mam, pag power mode eh talagang mas malakas ang fc mo dahil matagal bago mag shift gear. just in case po mam eh nasa mataas kayo na lugar at paakyat, turn off ang overdrive tapos wag mo lagay sa d, either sa 2, or 1 lang para hindi nagpapalit ang gear.
PWR is for when you need to utilize the engine's power band for say, overtaking.

HOLD instructs the A/T to shift down one gear and hold it for as long as possible, even way beyond the engine's power band. It will only shift up or down to protect the engine (ie. redlining or close to stall RPM). This is used for long uphill or downhill drives and especially useful when you're hauling/towing heavy cargo.

They have these ECT modes as well on the Starex.
