I also noticed na pag cold start, nagstart sya for 1 second then magstastall.. prang kapos.. kelangan pa tapakan. ung Turbine nga ba ang culprit ditO? salamat po sa mga sasagot
Bro, this is exactly what happened to our 05 Innova G.. Weeks later, it started to stall.. Toyota mended it by replacing the fuel filter and it worked for a short time, siguro mga 3 months lang then bumalik uli yung stalling niya, toyota again replaced the fuel filter and did something to the fuel tank(try reading back a couple of pages back and you should see my post on what toyota quezon ave did).. So far, ok naman ulit siya ngayon, toyota quezon ave did say that if stalls again, we have to replace the supply pump.. 50k is what they told us..

Get a Montero Sport instead. Or kung gusto niyo pa rin talaga ang Fort, get the VVTI 2.7 variant, sure ball magaling ang Toyota sa gas engines.
Just sold my last 2008 3.0 model V last week. Got the 2.7 VVTI again just yesterday. No issues with my last D4D but at the back of my mind, what if it happens again? Also, couple of D4D supply pumps were replaced by TMP at no cost to the owner. This is the offshoot of our meeting and I am happy with the results.

50k is too much. Rebuilt/upgraded supply pump is available at 35k.
