In bank financing the minimum dp is 20% of the SRP + chattel mortgage fee + insurance= bigger cash out but smaller monthly. Bale ang nangyari kasi sa iyo, medyo malaki kinita ng SA mo
    Just enjoy your ride...

dec 28 ka na kasi kumuha. i bet dahil xmas season at madami umuwi na ofw e start pa lang ng december naka-quota na yung SA mo. and that is why he did not give you much discounts. kahit sinabi nya na may discount ka i bet napakaliit or talagang walang discount yang purchase mo. maliit discount = laki kita ng SA. i would not be surprised if he was actually trying to postpone your purchase for january para dun sa january 2013 quota papasok yung sale.

Discount is supposed to be deducted from the SRP and dun i-compute ang 20% DP. In Nova2013's case, ganun pa rin ang purchase price at sa DP binawas "daw" yung discount. In the end, sa 80% remaining amount pa din na-compute yung interest. I already replied to this query of Nova2013 sa innova thread with comparison sa actual quotation ng BDO

Kung sa bank ka, I bet you can get something as low as 28% interest for a 5-year loan. In-house eh, malaki talaga yan.

Next time, scout muna. Pero since andyan na rin, enjoy mo nalang. Andyan na eh.
