15k - special letters and 3 special numbers
25k - special letters and 2 special numbers

afaik sir, special plate/personalized plates are only applicable for brandnew cars, correct me if i am wrong, but for existing/old car you can only acquire a vanity plate, like my close friend have, he got a vanity plates for his 1997 Corolla GLi.

sa bago lang an kasi kung lumas ,me plaka ka na..ung mga wala pang plaka ang puwede kumuha nun.

Tanong na din,
Sa 15k, does the numeric part have to of the same numbers like 888 or 111? Pwede ba 123, 001 or 465?
