or you can try visiting shops like Seatmate to repair the finish of your dash, rather than replacing it.

Some dashboards are easier to remove than others.
Nung nagpakabit ako ng indiglo sa Accord sa Banawe, may katabing kotse dun (5th Gen Accord din) na kanina pa kinakalas ng mekaniko yung dashboard, more than 30 mins na daw, at banas na yung may-ari. Di kasi alam ng mekaniko kung paano tanggalin. You have to remove pa kasi the center console at yung cover sa may handbrake, before you can find the bolts for the dash.

dash shield! tipid ka pa sa gas/aircon.

Do not repaint it. Believe me, it will look glossy, or uneven, at most, unless you really know what you're doing.
Another alternative is to have the dash customized by having a leather skin wrapped and stitched around so it will have the custom look and also hides the damage...

What's the color of your dashboard? if it is dark grey, kinda easy to cover up with Tamiya paint. The shade won't match but if done properly, it would be hard to notice. If light beige, that would be a hard color to match.
Dash shield? if find those things somewhat of an eyesore really.
