May 31st, 2005 10:55 AM #32A rebadge Daewoo vehicle again from the makers of Aveo. It will be equipped with common rail diesel engine. The vehicle quality would be similar more on the Chevy Aveo ( Korea ) than Chevy Venture ( China ) or Chevy Optra ( Thailand ).
Can anybody share some experience on the Aveo.

March 3rd, 2006 03:30 PM #35Is it really a rebadged Daewoo?
Anyways, I just got a text from my contact at GM Philippines. This April-May na daw ang release. The good news is the price is competetive. Priced much like the X-Trail, CR-V, Escape.... and other CUVs.

This may sound like heresy, but the Chevy looks better than the X5, and not because it's new. Ang linis nung lines.
Of course the X5's propeller badge takes care of that hehe

Title should be changed. This vehicle is more suitable as an adversary to the RAV4, CRV, X-Trail, Escape, etc.
The vehicles look very attractive but let us cross our fingers that the S3X is not engineered in the same manner as the infamous OPTRA.Last edited by number001; March 3rd, 2006 at 06:39 PM.
