engine won't start

In My Case mga Sir, I have Revo 2003, nag start naman cya but after a short drive, I turn off engine and after 5 secs it won't start. It clicks but no crank. I wait for approximately 10-15mins then it starts again. I already changed my alarm, and disabled my "ignition kill switch". Ano po kaya problem? Thanks in advance.

check:
battery connections.
starter connections.
starter solenoid.
starter.

the next time it happens, push-start it, po. if it starts, then it's probably the starter or its solenoid.
