Avanza coolant problem

If the coolant is going down it is probably caused by a leak, check the coolant hoses for residue. Change all the hoses and clamps if you can find the replacements. Worst case scenario is a gasket leak.

If you want to drain the coolant, most radiators have a plastic drain plug. You can flush the radiator and replace with 50/50 coolant mix.

wala akong avanza.
but ayon kay google, merong radiator drain yan. google nyo po. mukhang simple lang naman, base sa pictures. (hirap basahin yung indonesian {malaysian?} lyrics.)
errr... nawala na ba ang owner's manual, po? nandun yata ang instructions.

walang kuneksiyon ang radiator coolant sa aircon.
but, some cars' aircons are designed to quit when: 1. low on freon; 2. overheating engine, for whatever reason.

kung gagananciahin, low on freon lang.
kung mamalasin, may leak sa kaloob-looban ng sasakyan na hindi mahanap-hanap.. palitan lahat ng tubing! or, may leak ang compressor mismo! heh heh.

Kung di ka sanay mangalikot sa kotse mo, pagawa mo na lang tapos panuorin mo paano.

Madami nasisira sa pagtitipid. Personally, madami na ako nasira pero considered "tuition" ko nlng sya sa exprience. Hehe

older toyotas used the red coolant. newer ones use pink

parang honda type1 and type2 yan

they're not interchangeable

original coolant mo is toyota pink? this is the super long life coolant, lasts many many years. check your manual

top up w/ toyota pink coolant only. don't mix

when it's time to replace the coolant, use toyota pink coolant only

don't experiment w/ coolant, not worth the risk

there's this "Pro 99" pink coolant selling at the mall. does anyone know if this is toyota-spec?

pink color is just a dye so same color doesn't imply compatibility.

toyota pink coolant lasts many years if i'm not mistaken 5 years (not as long as honda's type2 coolant which lasts 10yrs). so don't risk it for something you'll need to change very infrequently
