Anyone tried to change speakers in their Innova?

I don't like the SQ of the Innova and I want to change only the speakers. Has anyone tried this? No changing of the HU or of the wirings nor installation of amplifiers. Only the speakers (2 tweeters, 2 front and rear speakers). Would there be a dramatic change? What brands do you recommend? How much would it cost? Would it be possible to install 6 x 9 size for the rear speakers?

6x9s would be hard to fit. Best bet is to fit separates (mid range and tweeters) up front. Did that with ours before and the sound quality was better then the stockers (for a non-audiophile like me).

for me i'm contented with the stocks.. rock and roll music here or any jazz and guitar sounds... i'm contented.. i'm a music junkie, but maybe not an audiophile.. hehe
