anyone has changed their plate no?

Our car's plate number was changed from a P** *** to a T** *** in 1993....
The reason is that it was stolen, flagged as a hot car, and was recovered. So, I cannot use the old plate number....

i agree, once it was stolen the original owner can request for a new plate....one example is my neighbor's 96 L200 with plate no. ZMG*** hahaha! mas lumalabas pang mas bago sa '01 xwind ko with plate no XC*-**0.
