it's one of the choices...
Made the following shortlist with comments (pero since I don't want to start a comparo thread, I'm doing my personal research muna
BR-V/Mobilio - easier since same dealership with our other car, better "car like handling," same engine tranny as our City. (only issue I have against the Mobilio is bech yung 3rd row nya... so medyo alangan ako sa 50-50 split ng seats)
Rush - may tiwala ako sa ladder frame (sorry, old school) and I think it's reasonably priced
Xpander - love the size, kaya lang I find it too expensive
Since wala na yung Adventure namin which replaced our Tamaraw FX... I think the Rush is the right "spiritual successor" to our old AUVs...
Rush almost uses the same engine as the Avanza and Vios, easier DIY for small repairs... Only drawback I can see is it doesn't look good on red.
(red lahat ng cars namin - dito lamang ang BR-V and Mobilio)

I agree...
kaso I decided to draw an imaginary line for comparison...
7 seats (ayaw ni misis sa Avanza and XL7)
If she decided to get the Innova over the Rush, sino ba naman ako to say no
Palaging may "konti na lang idadagdag. So if we add the Innova to the mix, konti na lang Dsl "E" na... then same price na with the mu-X (RZ4E LS 4x2 AT)
To make things simple muna... Rush vs BR-V vs Mobilio vs Xpander
7 Seats
Automatic
Reverse Camera + Sensor
Red + Skirts (front, rear & side)
About the "skirts" - no idea pero lahat ng car na binili ko... may skirt. feeling ko scam ng dealer ship... yung "red" namin sir may skirts (Modulo) so dagdag kayo ng $$$. if you want, ibang color or maghintay kayo ng a week or 2. So ngayon, weird daw sabi ni misis and daughter kapag yung car namin walang skirt...

July 27th, 2020 08:59 PM #844Measured the inside width from door to door of the second row...
Innova 56.5in
Fortuner 55.5in
Avanza 54in
Im guessing the rush would be close to the avanza. 2.5in diff lng between the avanza and innova sa 2nd row. Di significant yun imho kung 3 uupo sa gitna. Best 3rd row seats though yung innova by a mile so kung gagamitin lagi panalo innova.

July 27th, 2020 10:36 PM #846Sa choices na 1.5L MPVs,
Xpander pinaka maluwag at comfortable na seats/suspension. Kung serious sales inquiry, 999k ang GLS model with smart entry. Kaya nasa same price range.

Was watching reviews of the Rush and the Xpander...

August 4th, 2020 07:50 PM #849Tama, Rear blower only, galing sa center top vent sa dashboard ang cool air na i-circulate ng rear blower.
Same sa Avanza. Upside nito ay 1 evaporator lang kailangan i-maintain, plus naka-cabin filter ito.
Unlike sa ibang MPV na naka-expose ang rear evaporator walang cabin filter. Pag nasira or need i service, baklas kisame.
