December 17th, 2016 08:51 AM #781Hi. Hilux revo owners.
May issue ako 4x4 MT, kapag nag shift esp to 3rd gear/4th, medyo may maingay and medyo matigas.
Thanks

December 19th, 2016 01:07 AM #783Naalala ko, with normal traffic, may pinadaan ako sa pedxing. Nag Neutral ako, the moment na Go na daw, hirap na hirap akong ipasok sa 1st gear, ayaw ko naman pilitin baka masira kako. Took me 4-5 times or more bago maipasok.
The 2nd time na na encounter ko nanaman, still on pedxing.

December 30th, 2016 03:03 AM #785Anyone here know the price for roller bed cover? What's a good brand to buy? Thinking of Carryboy. Also, san magandang magpakabit?
Thanks in advance mga sir! Happy New Year!

Try the Tri-fold cover. Less likely to leak and have issues later on. Atoy has for the Revo and it's discounted at 21K until the 3rd or 4th of January.
I'm using a Carryboy Soft Lid on mine with a lockable box inside.
As for the shifting, mine has no issues although I noticed the start-up or shut-down shifter vibration is stronger when the car is on an incline.

January 1st, 2017 09:55 PM #788If naka patay ba makina madali naman ipasok 1st gear?? If madali...
Usual cause nito is pressure plate or bent clutch disc. This will cause to spin the input shaft and counter gear ng tranny at nahihirapan pabagalin/pahintuin ng synchronizer rings ang 1st gear.
It is up to you to decide. Or push casa to hoepfully they replace it(not sure if covered and clutch ng warranty, alam ko di ata.)
For the meantime, wag nyo pipilitin ipasok. This will cause premature wear sa 1st gear synchro and/or bent 1st/2nd gear shift fork.

January 2nd, 2017 02:48 AM #790Thanks vinj! Checked it out but I'm not a fan of how it looks and the absence of a locking mechanism. The roller lid still looks a lot nicer for me. Have yet to visit Banawe but based on my online research, the roller lid costs around 35k++, is this correct or medyo mahal/mura? Read in the Mitsu thread though that roller lids do not offer complete protection from water leakages in case it rains.
Do you have other suggestions for bed covers? Also considering the Aeroklas deck cover but maybe it's the last option because (1) it's more expensive; (2) it looks too bulky; and (3) it limits bed use due to its vertical movement (can't have people staying on the bed for beach trips and outdoor barbecues which we do often)
