Good morning, i have a noob question regarding this vios XE,
How do you usually start the car?

Reason i am asking is, on my part i need to hold the key on start position, mag start naman siya agad.
Pero dun kasi sa Toyota Yaris 2010 ko isang pitik lang, as in yung pitik lang talaga sa start position ng key.
Same with our Vios Batman, pitik lang din.

Ganun ba talaga siya? hold like 1 sec then release?

    Thank you sa sasagot

i have the same observations in two of our cars.
one (a newer wigo) starts instantaneously, while the other (an ancient altis) needs about a second more. consistently.
at first, i was somewhat 'uncomfortable'.
but it's been like that for years now.
    so, in my opinion,
    "ok lang. basta nag-start."

For newer cars that's related to emissions daw. Engines wait for better conditions before injecting fuel on start-up.
