even in the first-gen innova,
i believe some thailand-sourced piyezas weren't ... good.
the alternator bearings..
the MT shift stick (bushing?)..

the shock seals arent probably good. go the kyb route if out of warranty na. they might last a little longer. profender made shocks specific to the old innova. im not sure if they came out for the new one.

i went kyb, when it was time to replace the shocks.
i chose the cheaper model. i should have chosen the heavy duty ones.
matagtag ang cheaper ones.

Toyota Sta. Rosa ang source ng Toyota MTs.
Shifter bushing ang sakit din ng Innova gas MT namin. Sakit din ito ng Tacoma MT sa US. Ay US company nagbebenta ng $10-$15 part for the shifter bushing with better materials.

Sa alala ko made in PH din OEM shifter bushing.
2011 Gas Innova namin 65k KMs na. Naka 2 shifter bushing na. 1 sa 30k, 1 sa 60k.

Balak ko pabili nitong white sa relatives sa US.

Shifter bushing namin nabili ko pa sa banawe. Pero di ko pa naitatanong sa Casa kung magkano. 600 pesos bili ko nung akin nitong month na to. Popping to neutral problem nung amin. 2015 Innova 2.5E MT clocking 56k km.

my first innova was a 2005, from thailand.
the issues, i mentioned above.
wala akong makuhang piyezas outside the casa back then, as it was still new in the market.

my second innova was locally put together in sta rosa. no issues ako doon.

Malamang po, iyong 2005 Thailand unit, ang MT nito galing sa Pilipinas. Since Revo at FX days, PH ang MT supply hub.
