Well if sure ka that after you did your math the in house is cheaper overall then go ahead get the in house one.
Feel ko recently mas lumalaban na nga yung mga dealer financing sa bank kasi maybe alam na nila mas matalino na din consumer and its common knowledge mas mura sa banks. Minsan konti na lang minahal nila tapos they throw in some freebies like insurance to entice you so ok na din.

You can haggle with the bank if you haven't already. The rates are negotiable most of the time. They will just ask their higher ups for a lower rate. Better if you show them a lower quote.

October 18th, 2017 10:33 PM #1179Would like to know sana if may restrictions ba kung in-house vs bank?
- may certain mileage ba na maximum per month/year?
- in case of missed payments/delay, kukunin na ba agad nila ang unit sa bahay mo, with our without your consent?

In any loan whether bank or sa dealership you are required to get comprehensive insurance. Cause its not your car yet so if something happens they are protected too. Its a matter on who you will be required to get it from. Normally from the dealer or the banks partner or the bank itself if they sell insurance.
No there is no maximum mileage, its not a lease its a mortgage.
Di ko alam about repossession procedures. I will let others answer that...
