it does seem strange.
there seems to be an obstruction to turning it counterclockwise.

my suspicion is, breaking that lock nullifies the related warranties. but i agree, breaking it will turn open the cover, just like any other twist cover.
there seems to be a lateral receptacle there, for a factory or casa service nozzle...

if the coolant level is still within the accepted marks, then i suppose there is no reason to open it in the first place.
so TS, if the coolant levels are ok, then... lubayan na ninyo!

ito pa mga boss. mukhang mapuputol talaga. hindi na usual twisting effort gagawin kasi para mabuksan kung i-twist lang

di naman kailangan lagyan. new kasi so ineexpoore and medyo weird na hindi mabuksan. antayin ko na langg mag 1k and then itanong sa kasa kung walang solution na makuha here
