Not sure what you mean by MID, but the information is displayed on the LCD display on the speedometer. May switch siya na pwede mong i-cycle ang information na naka-display.

Yep! Naka-display siya. Kailangan lang i-cycle ang display hanggang lumabas ang gusto mong information.

Sir this would be my firstime to buy a brandnew Toyota vehicle, and it would be Yaris. Ano po ba yung "free rustproofing" na kasama as per standard with Toyota;Under chasis or the whole unit? Thank you.

for most modern cars, it's not really free as in free. the rustproofing was done as part of the painting process in the factory, and is already incorporated in the price, sir.
this is to be differentiated from casa rustproofing or undercoating, which also have their uses, but neither of which can match the effectiveness of the incorporated rustproofing mentioned above.
sales talk lang po. just take it and grin. you know the truth.

if i have to pay extra for more rustproofing, i would respectfully decline. "wala sa budget", i will say. but if it is free, "go ahead!".

it looks like ex-factory rust protection program. akin to yesteryear's tuff kote dinol or ziebart, if i am not mistaken. some writers say it is not necessary.
it would be prudent to read carefully the fine detail in the contract, sir.

undercoat. google it, sir, for pros and cons.

testament to factory rustproofing, my 2005 innova still hasn't an ounce of rust on its body. ang kinakalawang (bumubukol under the plastic) ay yung mga itim na window liners on the door...

    Good day to all!

I'm planning of getting a new car. One of my choices is the Toyota Yaris G variant. Now, I just want to know how much is the average annual maintenance cost of this car (provided that the maintenance and servicing is done by the official Toyota service centers).

    Thank you for the !

Roughly 2-3k per 5000 km, but first 1000 and 5000 km are cheaper because of free labor. That's with fully synthetic oil replaced every 10k kms and filter replaced every 5k.

I have an Altis and here's my past PMS costs, the Yaris should be slightly cheaper:

    1,000 km: P1,594
    5,000 km: P494
    10,000 km: P3,942
    15,000 km: P1,685
    20,000 km: P5,434
    25,000 km: P2,426
    30,000 km: P3,807
