i see many of them at night... and majority are simply, nakakasilaw sa kasalubong.
whatever reasons they were installed for, oncoming motorist wasn't one of them.
so unless you are assured by the modifier that glare won't be a problem...

Hello to all Yaris owners. Just got my 1.5G today and noticed a couple of things:

    1) LCD Head Unit is misaligned (tabinge) - Is this normal or should I have this fixed?
    2) Steering wheel is also not straight. If I straighten it, the car would veer towards the left.
    3) Horn is too weak. Any suggestions where I can change/add a better sounding horn?

    Thanks!

    3. horn is too weak? no suggestion for this, not a fan of tampering the specifications of a vehicle...

the car is under warranty. bring it to the casa for alignments.
the horn is for the people outside the car to hear and get their attention. so why do you think it is too weak?
    heh heh.

    Hi Everyone,

New Yaris 1.5G owner here! I just noticed that the steering wheel does not lock after I take out the ignition key. The SA told me that the model does not have a steering lock. Is that really the case?

Also, the stock battery seems to not be the maintenance-free type. I assume that you need to top up the battery fluid every so often?

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

maybe you have to turn the wheel a bit more, for the lock to catch.

if the battery does not seem to have an easy way to open to refill the liquid, then the battery is low-or no-maintenance.

Thanks! Will give it another try but I think I tried to turn it from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock both clock and anti-clockwise but no locking.
