    people are only honest if they cannot get away with it. They should do a measure of integrity itself.

    People who cheat do so because there is chance they will get away with no repercussion...even with the slimmest of chances.

    Uh... don't particularly want a Blackbery, so yes.

    I've returned lost phones and even cameras before... I don't see why it's so hard.

    I think the shocking thing is still that 6 out of 30 people don't return the stuff... the proportion of snatchers to civilians can't be THAT high...

    In fairness to poor Juan dela Cruz...

    We're still basically honest... The jeepney transport industry will not bloom if we don't pay the drivers, right??? We're honest enough to tell them where we rode his jeep and where we'll get off so we can pay his due fare...

    Their drving style is another story though...
